Abacus is seeking senior level sub-consultants to engage on an assignment basis.  These assignments are long-term well paid opportunities on premier projects under construction by nationally recognized owners and contractors.  Company reimbursed travel, per diem subsistence, or relocation is required.  We have immediate needs for the following expertise.

Senior Construction Managers - 10+ years experience in heavy civil works or institutional building construction.  Degree (e.g., BA, BS), Professional certification (e.g., CMAA, PMI) and/or professional licensure (e.g., architect, contractor, engineer) is desired.

Senior Cost Engineers/Schedulers - 10+ years experience in heavy civil works or institutional building construction.  Degree (e.g., BA, BS), Professional certification (e.g., AACE, CMAA, PMI) is desired.

Construction Contract Auditors - 10+ years experience in auditing building, general and engineering contractors on lump-sum and reimbursable cost construction contracts in heavy civil works, institutional, commercial and multi-unit residential projects.  Degree (e.g., BA, BS) and CPA is desired, but not mandatory.

Senior Claims Consultants - 10+ years experience in the preparation and analysis of clams related to heavy civil works or institutional, commercial and multi-unit residential building construction.  Degree (e.g., BA, BS, MBA, MS), Professional licensure (e.g., architect, CPA, contractor, engineer), professional certification (AACE, CMAA, PMI), and expert witness testimony experience is desired.  Demonstrated capabilities in technical issue and causal analysis pertaining to the time and cost impact of changes and schedule delay and disruption is required.
