Mr. Bull has over twenty-five years experience in
engineering and construction, including: project planning, CPM scheduling,
architect/engineer and contractor selection, contract drafting and
negotiation, design and construction engineering, construction contract
administration; and the negotiation and resolution of disputes. He has
in-depth experience in dealing with the complex situations which surround
troubled projects. His experience includes situations involving
bankruptcy, disputed changes, delay, disruption, acceleration,
termination, improper design or construction, substitution of
inappropriate products, nonfeasance, misfeasance, and malfeasance, as well
as legal theories of strict liability, issues of professional liability,
and breaches of contract or fiduciary duty as causes of action. He is well
versed in the currently accepted methodologies for the development of
as-planned, as-built, updated, impacted, and adjusted schedules, as well
as the appropriate assessment and calculation of damages in regard to
direct and indirect costs. His contract management and construction claim
experience includes situations involving delay, disruption,
acceleration, extra work, differing site conditions,
interference, design error and omission, changes in scope of work, and

Mr. Marquardt is a certified public accountant
with over twenty years of experience in private industry and public
accounting for the real estate and construction industry. Mr. Marquardt's
experience includes project feasibility/viability assessments,
construction loan assessments, construction contract audits, bankruptcy
evaluations, and fraud investigations. Furthermore, Mr. Marquardt is
proficient in the installation and configuration of most hardware and
software systems utilized for project management and accounting in the
